Training and employee course administration at small to medium size companies often tends to be a tedious process involving a multitude data formats such as excel, word, pdf, paper, email and etc. This results in administration and training staff wasting precious time  to administer, document, report and  communicate course material, valuable time that could be better spent on the actual training.

Large off-the-shelf softwares from major suppliers in training administration solutions tend to be paired with costly licenses and long implementation times, often with a large amount of unused functionalities. In contrast, module-based database solutions thrive on the widespread use and strengths of the MS Office product line. This has proven to eliminate licensing, reduce implementation costs and permanently reduce annual  administration labor costs.

The personal guidance of assisting clients in transforming their semi-manual training administration into a fully automated Course Management System is key. This is achieved by selecting the necessary modules and, only where needed, develop additional modules tailored to specific user needs. This modular solution has currently been operational for  about five years with several clients, including TU Delft University in the Netherlands.
